This is Baron Ashler, he is Dr. Hell's right hand. He helps the Duke of Gorgon at one point during the series and then gets killed afterwards. He had a flying fortress that looked like a dinosaur of some kind, also he was half man , half woman, some kind of hermaphrodite.
